With three masters degrees including an MBA in International Business, Kali is highly qualified in music industry management and law. Never one to sit still for long, she’s secured partnerships and curated stages at more than 30 festivals and conferences including Y Not, SXSW, New Colossus and the Brazilian Rio Music Market.

Jess has a diverse background in the arts, media and music industries. Her career to date includes artist liaison at the Isle of Wight Festival, project management for an award-winning arts organisation, and digital marketing and community management in the music-tech sector. She has worked on international marketing campaigns with artists and influencers alike. A keen writer, Jess has also written more than 20 non-fiction titles which have been published internationally.
